Our Quality Standards
Inspection at Every Stage. Confidence at Every Shipment.
Our Commitment
At Horizon Exports, quality assurance is not a final checkpoint — it is a continuous process embedded into every stage of production. Our goal is simple: every product that leaves our facility must meet or exceed the standards our buyers expect in their markets.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Four-Stage QC Process
Raw Material Inspection
All incoming fabrics, leathers, trimmings, linings, buttons, and accessories are inspected on arrival. Materials that do not meet our specifications are returned to the supplier. Production begins only with approved inputs.
In-Line Production Check
Our quality supervisors conduct regular checks throughout the production process — monitoring cutting accuracy, stitch density, seam strength, canvassing, interlining bonding, and component alignment at each workstation.
Mid-Production Review
Representative pieces are pulled from the production run for a detailed fit and measurement audit against approved patterns and buyer specifications. Any deviations are corrected before the full run continues.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Every unit in the completed order undergoes a final visual and dimensional inspection. Measurements, stitching, finishing, pressing, labelling, and packaging are all verified. Photo documentation is compiled and shared with the buyer for approval before dispatch.
LOGISTICS & PROTECTION
Packaging Standards
Garments
Each garment is individually poly-bagged, folded or hung as required, with tissue paper and internal supports where appropriate. Master cartons are clearly labelled with buyer SKU, item count, and carton weight. Export-grade carton and strapping standards applied throughout.
Footwear
Each pair is packed in an individual shoebox with tissue wrap and toe stuffing. Shoeboxes are consolidated into export cartons with clear labelling. All packaging is designed to withstand sea freight conditions.
Custom Packaging
We accommodate custom packaging requirements including branded boxes, poly bags, hang tags, tissue, and inserts. All packaging specifications must be confirmed at order stage.
Third-Party Inspection
Third-party inspection by agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek can be arranged at the buyer's cost upon request. We welcome and facilitate independent quality verification.
